Our factory trained setup and service personnel are the best in the business!  All homes are set to manufacturers specifications.  Proper initial setup is guaranteed for as long as you own the home.  The following is included with the purchase of a new home unless specifically omitted on the purchase agreement:

• All labor and material for normal blocking and leveling
• Rollover on customer's foundation or basement if built to specifications
• We will pay up to $800.00 towards utility hookup, including electric, gas, sewer, water, phone and cable 
• Completely lay carpet including seaming
• Light bulbs in every fixture
• Anchor to state specifications if screw in anchors can be used.  We will not anchor in rocky soil.
• Facilitate factory service after the initial set
